Flash PhotoGallery in PHP and MYSQL

We have a photogallery that was made by our previous developer in ASP.net and MsAccess.

The gallery has a admin section used for uploading pics and adding title , description and transition effect to the image. But it is full of bugs and does not work smoothly. The following are the list of changes needed in the existing design to make it usable :

1 ) We Need Exactly the Same Gallery in Php & MySQL with all bugs fixed

2) Hover effect doesn't work in any browser besides IE, to remedy this thumbnails could change the image OnClick with no transition as well as OnHover with the transition effect, unless the onHover effect can be done in Firefox and other browsers

3) Image Title nor Text Description shows in Firefox and probably other browsers

4) Text description box on Admin page is out of format

5) in Firefox Owner needs the ability to change his password Formatting buttons on Admin page don't work (you have to use keyboard shortcuts)

6) html code shows in text description when formatting is used, and the text is not formatted

7) Admin page should have a Save Changes button as well as an Upload Image button

8) Right now You can't put an apostrophe or quotation mark in the title field, you get an error

9) If you eliminate all the text in the text description, it displays &nbsp in the description area

10) If you don't enter a title, it doesn't upload the picture

We can give demo login and pass and all source files we have in ASP.net to you if it helps.

In IE this works perfectly .....but we hate ASP and want it in PHP and mysql or even text database.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
