Geo IP (Country, Region, City) on sign-up page

Site visitors IP must lead to automated insertion of Country (unchangeable), offering pull-down for respective region and city during sign-up process. Geo-IP database must be installed in database (must be freely available database, that gets updated regularily) Sign-up must generate unique but random 5-digit code All sign-up information must be saved in database (incl. the "caught" country, region, city) Must check valid field entries (min last name length etc.) during sign-up process (existing warning/erro messages must be fixed) Must send email with verification code when submitting. Must have thank you page saying please check your email Must have landing page saying thanks for verifying your account
