ISA Static Web Site

The ISA (Indian Students Association) of Loyola University Chicago requires a static web site for its content. The site mockup is provided in the attached zip file. Simply put, this is a requirement for a XHTML+CSS web site front end. The site MUST separate structure from formatting and match the look and feel of the attached mockup. ## Deliverables 1. A single xhtml file 2. A single css file 3. DHTML menu files (javascript files) The combined solution must match the look and feel of the mockup photoshop file. NO PAYMENT will be made otherwise. ## Platform Solution must appear identical in Firefox and IE 5+
