I have a "members only" site. You can see it at www.cheatthestreet.com. I use aMember for subscription management. I use Joomla for content management. I offer the option of a free subscription or a paid subscription. When a person accepts the free subscription, it is processed through aMember. When a person accepts the paid subscription, it is processed through both aMember and 1shoppingcart.com In both cases, the person's name and email information are also written to Joomla, using aMember's Joomla plugin. My email sequence is set up on aWeber.com and I would like to keep it there. The job is as follows: 1) When a person signs up for the free membership, I want to automatically send their first name, last name, and email from aMember (or from Joomla) to the email list at aweber.com. 2) When a person signs up for the paid subscription, I want to automatically send their first name, last name, and email from aMember (or Joomla), to the email list at aweber.com. 3) aWeber will provide either a script or HTML code for adding the lead to their data base. I simply don't know what to do with the script or code in aMember or Joomla. 4) The previous coder did not succeed at this project. He inserted a menu item "Export to aWeber" on my aMember control panel. I would like this menu item removed. This should be a very quick job. However, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to do additional development on my site. Familiarity with both aMember and Joomla is required. See my site at http://www.cheatthestreet.com. You can view the order process I described by going to http://www.cheatthestreet.com/valuable_index.htm Thank you.
When this project is complete, if a person signs up for my service, their first name, last name, and email address will automatically be transmitted to the appropriate email list in my aWeber account and the list will accept that information. Other requirements: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The appropriate code can be inserted into aMember (a php software) or Joomla (also php).
