Investigation and resolution of problem on Processmaker 1.6 and Knowledgetree implementation

We have a Processmaker BPM system that is linked to a Knowledgetree document storage system. This system has a problem with slow performance due to the location and indexing of documents that are bulk loaded which appears to store them in the main indexed area in addition to the knowledge tree system and the quantity of data stored is now causing a severe impact on performance.

This project is to investigate the causes of the problem and then find and implement a solution to both stop this issue occurring in the future and also to move the existing data as required.

We have not got the original developer of the system available to us and therefore we are looking for a resolution to this issue and also a source for further development in the future as there are several workflow changes that are required.

A complete copy of the system with a full copy of the design specification will be provided to assist with then diagnosis. The system is currently live and therefore will need to be reimplemented following the fix, remote access to the live system will be provided at that point.

An NDA will be required before work commences.
