Modification of RS membership and integrate NETS payment.

Project Description:
We have a gym (fitness club). The gym is not serviced by personel, the entrance have a turnstile gate with a access control where the members enter the personal pincode to enter the Gym.
We haver made a website where we would like to integrate the possibility to pay and administrate the membership.

We need some integration and modification to RS membership software for Joomla.

First we need update our Joomla to 2.5

Then we need to rewrite a membership option in RS membership.
The intention is that when a member have been paying for 6 months he is automaticly upgraded to Silver membership (cheaper)
Then when he have been a member for 12 months he is then upgraded to gold membership (cheapest)

Then if the customer end the membership they have to start at Bronze again.

We also need to integrate scandinavian NETS payment gateway to RS membership:

We also have one more task, that we might need to make a new project to find the right programmer.
We need a migration script, that will move the user password for new memberships to the database for the access control system.
And then also delete the password from the access control when the member is inavtive, e.g do not have coverage in the card for the membership or ends his subscription.
