I am based in Melbourne and undertaking a project to develop a supply chain (logistics) model, requiring completion by end Sept.
**If you are not located in Melbourne, Australia please do not waste your time or my time by applying or bidding or commenting!**
I currently provide services to clients using a similar model which I developed using ArcView 3.2 and Avenue. A client wants to use the software themselves, and I wish to deliver the functionality is in a web-based environment. Further work to you and I will definitely follow from this client.
Finalising the project requires:
**a) Tidying up a few loose ends left by the previous developer
b) Completion of the model analysis pages and code
c) Generation of standard attribute-based reports (.csv / .xls format)
d) Development of data entry screens (a further 15 ASP.Net data grids, based on one that has already been developed)
e) Installation onto a server that I will have hosted at a Data Centre
Naturally because I am unable to provide a specification for points a, b and e, I will make payment based on an hourly or daily rate.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
