We are an HR consulting firm and we want to build a specialist division which would only be focusing on high0end search (CEO search).This is an additional service offering with-in our existing lines of business. However we would like to BRAND it separately but for sure necessary linkages need to be established with the existing site in order to take advantage of running enterprise with reference customers. - Design website layout/structure as per the business needs. - Recommend / build design templates for the website o To be used for creating dynamic pages (through PHP/DRUPAL) as well as static web pages (actual text for the content of static will be provided by us o Includes creating, icons, images, logos etc. that work with the concept The site should have a basic database which would comprise of all the details of candidates who would register with us along with option of checking account details individually by all members. This is primarily to allow them to access their personal details and edit them when need be. They might be contacted for specific consulting assignment and would be paid for their time for every EXPERT ADVICE that they provide on hourly basis including on-line surveys from time to time. - Database structure to be created as per business needs through discussions - Dynamic user views and functionalities which are to be provided on the database need to be detailed out as per business needs. - Dynamic web pages (running queries like select/update/insert/delete/etc on the database) to be created in PHP/DRUPAL as per the design templates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MY SQL in DRUPAL enviornment
