Reminder Calendar(repost)

Project Description:
I need a very simple webpage in ASP using mysql. It has to do the following:

I user must login, if he doesn't have an account, then he must create one. Once user is logged in, the user should see a 30/31 day calendar. From there he should be able to goto the next month, previous month etc. Once the user picks a day, then the next screen should show empty spots from 8:00am to 5:00pm, where the user can click between those times and put in a reminder. That reminder should be reserved, and no other user should be able to make a reminder in the same time. User should also have the option to remove the reminder. The system should automatically send the user an email of the reminder 24 hours before its actual time.

The user should not be able to see other reminders set by other users. If a reminder is set by another user, it should state on the time slot that "This time slot is already being used"

This whole concept is similar to the calendar in Outlook. And it should somewhat look like outlook.

Code should be documented.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.


2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
