Remote Ware file transfer Server/Client "Dialup" OK i am in need of a cleint and server software via Dialup no tcp ip connection or internet available. Cleint: client software will be loaded on win xp workstations with only dial up. These clients will send me ASCII Text files when ever a user initiates a submit request. Server: Winxp Pro the server will wait for incoming calls via dialup modem and then accept incoming requests to receive a file. The server will accept the file and place it in a folder "we will discuss a form that we will use to track what files came in to the server at what time and date etc" the server will give the client a conformation number. C++ VB only we are incorporating another program im working on the other program will create the ASCII Text File and then this remote ware software will do the rest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
