SQL Query - Zip Code Radius Search

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERT SQL KNOWLEDGE. We need someone to help implementing Zip code radius search in our application. We need someone who has done this before and can help write the SQL query Here is more detail: - We have a table "users_records" including Zip (postal) code and two other relevant fields (Field1 and Field2) - We also have a table with all Zip codes (US postal codes) with Long/Lat information - Problem: The user of the application will enter the following values: - Zip code - Radius (e.g. 25 miles) - Field1 - Field2 The SQL code we are looking for then needs to query the "user_records" table and retrieve all records where radius = xx miles, Field1 = xx, and Field2 = xx. The solution should be developed using mysql's spatial data types and an RTREE index. You need to be familiar with mysql’s spatial data types know and know how to store result sets to temporary tables to do build a Deliverable: - Develop generic SQL code on your own, then work with our Developer to implement the solution (you will mainly have to give instructions and maybe look at our code if it doesn't work right away) Please respond with details about your SQL radius search experience.
