I need a simple c# function that will take a string, do a very little amount of parsing, and return an itextsharp Phrase() object.
The two things I need parsed into Chunks() are 3 and <deg> html tags.
The some text should parse into a Chunk with the

property set. The <deg> should return a degree symbol. I'm not sure how to display the deg symbol in itextsharp.
So if I send the string "This value is 4 m3. The next value is 14 <deg>F. Another value is 12 m4. and one more temperature is 65 <deg>C." a properly formates Phrase should be returned. In this case made up of 9 Chunks.
For info on itextsharp check out

You will see this is more of a c# parsing project than an itextsharp project.
