Social Network Maker with Features

Please do not place a bid on this request unless you have at least 10 ratings of 10. This project will require daily updates to be provided here on RAC. This project will require daily communication via MSN Messenger. This project will be an ongoing project earning a development company between $1000-$2000 per month for a year or longer. The project will require three phases: Phase 1) Specifications development with images. In this phase, both the developer and we will create a list of all features we like from the best online social networks currently, including MySpace, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing, etc... Because this software will be a Social Network Maker, a user will have the opportunity to pick and choose features as well as choose from at least 25 different customizable themes. Therefore, the developer we choose will need to have excellent design skills. Phase 2) Development of the code will be in PHP using, initially, MySQL. The code must be written so that it can be moved at any time to any folder on a server and still work, so long as it is connected to the MySQL database. Phase 3) The testing phase will require the developer to test every detail and provide written filled-out forms regarding all testing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on all major Browsers including IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc... must run on both PC and Mac
