VBulletin Programmer For Mod Development/Installation

Avg Bid (USD)
Project Budget (USD)
$100 - $500

Project Description:
I'm looking for a PROGRAMMER with EXPERT KNOWLEDGE of VBulletin forum software and phpMyAdmin/MySQL database administration. I DO NOT want someone who considers "expert knowledge" to be the ability to install mods. I want to be able to show you three lines of code from a custom mod and have you be able to say: "Oh, yes. I know what that means, and what file that code is from, and how it relates to other files." Experience with VBulletin 2.30 is ESSENTIAL. PLEASE do not bid for this position if you do not know VBulletin inside and out. Even if you've used other forum software like phpBB or InfoPop, if you are not a VBulletin expert, please DO NOT bid. Potential for long-term work.

## Deliverables

The successful bidder will be required to:* 1) Analyze an existing VBulletin forum installation to determine how mods installed prior to an upgrade worked. 2) Restore the pre-upgrade mods to the 2.30 installation. 3) Maintain the site on a regular basis (upgrades, database administration, etc.). 4) Be on-call for "emergency" situations (i.e., database corruption incidents, etc.). *An initial payment will be made to the programmer after task 2 is complete. Payment will be made on an ongoing monthly basis for tasks 3 and 4.

## Platform

VBulletin is a cross-platform, web-based application
