I am starting a little side project, and need some help with it.
I have already registered a domain name and have a paid hosting service, and would like someone to develop a decent looking **template**/UI for a new site I am launching.
I have some ideas on how I would like it to look, and I will share those with the winning bidder. (You might already have some templates handy that can be edited.) I have even done up a little GIF and it will be attached to this bid. This web site is not too complicated - your basic 5-7 page HTML web site.
When finished by me, the site will feature:
* A home page, with the "latest news"
* A blog section, where I can post regular updates
* A FAQ section
* An articles section, for longer pieces
* Software download section
* Room for Google Ads on each page
I will provide the winning bidder: the URL of the site, the specific names of the sub-sections, and will be available to answer any and all questions by email, rentacoder messaging. I will also write all of the site text, so you just need to fill it with dummy text to start.
The template should include:
* HTML using external stylesheets (CSS mandatory)
* Basic image or text mouseovers for the menu
* JavaScript code required for mouseovers
What I am looking for is someone:
* Who is experienced - please provide some sample URLs in the bid
* Who is reliable - the winning bidder could be offered more work - other modifications to this site and other projects
* Who is reasonably priced
