Web Word Processor

We have a requirement for the development of a Web-based Word Processing application.? This would need to be developed in AJAX or Flash using something like Adobe AIR.

A clone of Ajaxwrite or Adobe buzzword would be ideal - however, we will settle for more basic Word Processing functions to keep the costs of the project within budget.
