We need a website developing for a high profile hotel. The site will need to be clean and simple, as well as professional and inviting. It will need to have a full admin and CMS backend, where content can easily be updated/changed through a standard wysiwyg interface ??" as well as the ability to set ‘draft’ versions of pages so that they can be reviewed before going live, and to schedule pages to come online ??" i.e., I may wish to design a page layout for an event happening next week, and would want that page to come online automatically at a specified time. The homepage will need to have easily updateable news articles, event calendars, and so forth. It should be easy to do this for non-technical staff. We want a full visitor tracking system, which gives us information on: Number of visitors Visitors by browser Visitor by page Referrers to the web site Search engines used and search keywords used to access the site Site search words used including words providing ‘no results’ Visitors by IP address (where the Nationality of the user can be determined) Visitors by user friendly URL, e.g. /products The site will have (at least) the following key sections: Homepage Facilities Conference facilities/Meeting rooms Accommodation/Bedrooms Room rates and specials Location map About the area Contact us information Events Latest offers Other site features Site search ??" a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
