I am a small business startup. I am selling seats at seminars. potential clients should be able to easily find a seminar by any of the three criteria: date, location, subject matter each evening is comprised of two or thee seminars, some clients may want to attend more than one and should be able to get a discount. inventory is important to avoid overselling although lack of a calendar is not a deal breaker, i am very interested in an event calender that reflects upcoming events the most important aspect is this: because the seminars are date sensitive, updating "the products' should be a cloning process where only the date or location needs to be changed, otherwise maintenance will be a big chore i would like the solution to use open source applications to avoid future licensing fees Here are the details again in outline form for clarity: E-commerce cart to sell: SEMINARS Locations seminars offered in several different towns Dates two or more seminars may occur on same date Topic Quit Smoking Weight Control Stress Reduction SALES inventoried to prevent overselling seminars purchased individually or discounted if customer buys more than one seminar for that day : example they come for weight control and smoking both in one evening they might save 10% sales through paypal is ok with me, but i am open to your suggestions CLIENTS easily find seminar by topic date location may purchase without too many clicks CALENDAR an events calendar would make client experience slick, although not an absolute requirement, i would prefer to have this component work MAINTENANCE because seminars are date sensitive and must constantly be updated; the "product" should be easily cloned, price description, image, thumbnail etc so that just the date and/or location needs to be edited instead of recreating from scratch Preferences are for open source solutions. If I can further clarify anything, let me know. Thank you, Andy
