I have a program that is on my web site. The purpose of the program is to allow my customers to see what they have purchased in the past. The customers go to the website enter their name and password then their past purchases appear.

The information gets on the webs by me uploading an ASCII text file from Quickbooks software.

Here is the problem. When I get a new customer. The information that is uploaded is not going in the correct place. Sometime the products go into another accounts purchasing records. Other times I don't think it shows up anywhere.

Some times the customer name appears on my admin site and some time it doesn't.

So right now the purchasing records are not correct because new customers information is scattered in other accounts. I still have the reports so if clear it out I can upload the report again.

A big part of my business is getting new customers so the program needs to accept tem. This program needs to put new customers in, and put the purchasing information in the correct place.

The program is a PHP program.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
