Our website become popular and need to improve the data processing security. That is why we are migrating from Microsoft Access Database and ColdFusion to MySQL and PHP with active SSL for entire Job Search part of the website. This is our request for code: job search results page written in PHP, working exactly like our recent website written in ColdFusion, ( http://www.cfec.org/jobboard/index.cfm ), after job selection from double dropdown lists and submission. The url of the recent result page is http://www.cfec.org/jobboard/sarchjobs.cfm . The new, test PHP, version of our website have several pages including jobsearch.php where double dropdown list is appearing to work properly. Form is using POST method to transmit multi selected data. Data is taken from MySQL version of the database. Test version url: https://www.lbimpex.com/~lbimpeb5/jobboard/jobsearch.php Name of the php result page have to be: js_result.php . The data transfer from and to the server is using “session?? without “cookies??. Double dropdown list script is based on material from http://www.plus2net.com There are four database tables involved in processing the data: 1- table name: category columns in use: categoryID category maincatID 2- table name: company columns in use: cid company 3- table name: jobs columns in use: cid categoryID title postdate 4- table name: maincat columns in use: maincatID maincategory The PHP result page named js_result.php should display rows of selected available jobs with columns “Date Posted??, “Job Title??, “Company Name??, sorted by “Date Posted?? and “Job Title?? as a hyperlink to specific record. Code should check if there are jobs available in database and inform user if there are not any selected jobs then redirect back to jobsearch.php page. More info available in attached zip file.
