Project Description:
I am interested in a program which will amalgamate data from eBay completed listings into an excel spreadsheet for data mining.
Interfaces:
The program will need to take search criteria from the user. This will include search term, date range, minimum / maximum price. This interface should be a simple GUI.
The program must interface with eBay, either through a developer API or parsing the "completed listings" page.
The program should provide an extract of data with auction ID, auction completion date/time, completed pricing, seller information, etc into an excel file. This excel file will be a constant, so the program will need to append data to it without overwriting data already existing in the file.
Requirements:
Successful bidder will have previously worked with programs similar to this, preferably with eBay interfaces. Bidder must provide at least one example of a project similar to this.
Timeframe is short - I would like to have this project wrapped up within 1 week after beginning.
