I have customization of design and layout in social engine and openx Both.
In social engine -- the layouts and design is for (i) home page and (ii) user login page and (iii) the profile page only
in openx -- the layout and design is for the home page.
ofcourse the color scheme has to be implemented for the entire website
working knowledge in social engine and openx is desired. they should also have working knowledge of plugin development in openx and social engine as well. this is desired because I will be having another project on the same websites which will involve plugin development in openx and social engine.
