Air Streaming Application RTMP FMS

Looking to hire for 72 hour project an ActionScript 3.0 programmer that can create an Adobe AIR 3.0 Windows 7 executable that can take 2 local camera feeds and stream them live over RTMP to FMS 4. There should be parameters that can be passed to allow the application to start and stop these streams. The streams should be encoded using H.264. There should be a (separate) incoming audio stream from a designated FMS application instance resulting in 3 way communication. It will also need to be able to record these streams in a mp4 container and stored on the remote file system. The mp4 files should have cue points so we can later seek to them based on the playhead time and extract images from the frame at that point in the video and Print them.
