I am looking for a reliable web guru to help me build an ecommerce website from the bottom up.

This web guru will need to know HTML, CSS, Flash, mysql and PHP and have a proven track record. I am not looking for someone who will give me excuses. I need someone who can deliver quality code promptly.

Ideally, this web guru will have some graphic design experience in addition to web and flash experience so that if graphics are needed, he/she/they can produce them without delays. I'm looking for results.

In any case, here are the specifics.

i'm building an ecommerce website that will have a flash interface and will integrate with some third-party PHP scripts I have purchased. the backend will be on mysql and there will be about 500 sku's, increasing to 3000 eventually. we will also have rss/xml feeds which will need to be integrated as well. these rss/xml feeds are quite tricky and i think a web scraper may be need to be created to make things a bit easier.

eventually, this site will be translated into several eastern asian languages, so this website designer must plan accordingly and figure out unicode issues and the like.

in addition, i will need search engine optimization performed on the website. since it's a flash website, it may be a bit trickier and i think i'll need a sitemap and all the other fancy SEO tricks out there.

although this website doesn't seem complicated, it might be so please email me/pmb me if you want more details. in your private message/bid, please give me some information on why you think you are qualified and some references.

References are key as I need to know that I'm not going to be dealing with some fly-by-night operator and someone i can trust.
