500011 Build Flash website with CMS backend with template.

Project Description:
I have the template already. DURATION: 4 days MAX. (download the file) yousendit at the bottom.

If failure to complete in 4 days. Scriptlance will refund all the escrow money and cancel the project.

Simple job. Current programmer built a site and can't deliver on time.
Build a site exactly like this. (please play around with the CMS backend too it)

5) If u click on the template, (click on the picture) you will see the loading button. I want to change that. The loading button should be hidden or loading at the top without disrupting the current picture.
