Cool Flash Design Web needed

I need to build a flash site with minimalist look and feel, but it has to have a dynamic backend. I need to have a full flash sites such as: a. about us b. vision / mission c. services d. portfolios e. carrers -- user mail forms f. contact page. -- user mail form g. What's New --> show 1 dynamic thumnail of graphic portfolio's that refresh every 20 seconds Here are the details: 1. Implement a control panel where I can just pick a photo "browse" and automatically update the portfolio piece. I also need a text editor, so I can edit the text and automatically updated.
