Create a Flash Video Player

I would like a custom flash player that displays the playlist as thumbnails along the bottom (see image above) Details: On Mouse Over Left / Right Thumbnail: Slide Thumbnails Left / Right. When No Video Is Playing (on flash load, and after a clip finishes: Slide thumbnails every 3 seconds. When Video Is Playing: Slide Small Thumbnails off the bottom of the screen On Mouse Active While Video Is Playing: Slide Small Thumbnails up from bottom of screen (Slide down again if mouse leaves flash area, or does not move for 2 seconds) config should load from external file and contain: 1. startup thumbnail (centered on startup) 2. playlist (thumbnail and flv) locations 3. loop true/false (thumbnail list never ends while sliding) 4. url (if user clicks on playing video go here) 5. autonav true / false (go to url after video clip completes) Like most flash apps, this should be freely resizeable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
