Create a real estate Website

Looking for a full service real estate flash website that have pages for contractors, index, about us, Mortgage lenders, community links, full blog, featured listing with maps, ability to add and edit pages. Please also add a spam filter for the bots. Please make sure it is easy for me to maintain and edit as I am not very computer savvy. So I don’t get bombarded with unwanted ads. RSS feed will be appreciated. My ideal website I want three flash Panels on the side of the screen (Current listings in the area via rss if possible, feedback, and services provided by me and contractors with my info as a banner moving on the bottom for all these panels). The visitors can access this information by clicking on the pic like you see on [login to view URL], I like my features listings or any listing that I put on my website to look like the listing I have on [login to view URL] . I want all or most of the contents that you see on [login to view URL] including word press as blog. Please check these website and you will get an idea what i am looking for. Once I list a listing I want visitor to pull the map for the location (Google maps can do that) I want to offer a separate link for home owner who want to list their homes for free on my website (This page need to open in separate window and should have full edit ability by the user but will require to sign in. Another page includes Guestbook, testimonials (feedback), about us. A visitor should be able to see community information for Wake County and Durham County, newsletter link on the home page. The linked for newsletter should have email address mandatory, all other information is not necessary if they don't want to provide any.
