I need someone to make a Pay Per Minute Flash Video Chat.
Used technologies: ASP.net + Flash + MS SQL server
We should be able to set rates per minute(paid with credits) and control the number of people watching.
The chat options should be:
1)Free chat- you are watching for free the person who is streaming.
2) Party- everyone watching is paying a flat rate(we set in advance) per minute. If 50 people are watchnig, they all pay the rate per minute
3) Private chat 1:1.
