Duplicate flash site for wordpress

I need to duplicate certain properties similar to this flash website [login to view URL] but make it for wordpress. I am basically trying to create an interactive menu for a site and i like how this site is setup I would like scrolling images of foods that when clicked take you to the food item with name and price and picture of the food The site somewhat does some of this but when you click on food items i want it to show the picture of the food item you clicked. Let me know if you have any questions or you do not understand what I want. Please be reasonable with price I am on a strict budget
