FLV Broadcasting

hi the following project should be based on an exsiting project (that is at the moment not developed | you can take a look at the end of this description) what does we need. one time encoding and broadcasting. so i am not sure but think this solution can work. client connects to tcp port. -> server response (max connection must be posible) and send the following back. grab the current encoded stream and send back to the client, before adding the flv header (this are only some carracters) so flv is based on h263, and work like the most codecs with keyframes / i dont know which technic the h263 use. but i think than an an client connect to the tcp server / generating from the input pin and than send the rest of the stream will be enaugth. what should be posible / when no tcp client is allredy connected (start encoding) if there is no client conect it should not encode the incoming stream. so if you have any question please contacte me before you bid. with kind regards enrico hofmann and now here is the last project / it is also open (but i think devide this in two project will be the better way / so there are also 2 ds filters) so you think your skills are good enaught you can get two projects ;) <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
