571138 Financial Newsletter project

I am looking to get a simple business website selling financial newsletters up with 4 pages: Home, About, Contact and a Products Page that leads to a shopping cart. This is the criteria I need at the moment: This is an example of a site you could use, but mine would be much simpler [login to view URL] This site will be selling financial newsletters via DVD and the client would like to have some Generic Wall Street Graphics on the site such as stock exchange, trading floor, bull, etc. The text can be kept in text files or mysql database so they can be easily changed later and not mixed with the html code. Also the code should be simple html, css, php, mysql -- no flash is needed. The company name is MCM Financial and we already have the domain. Besides the logo, anywhere the company name/contact is mentioned, the client would prefer text. I will provide more content for the site as I receive it from the client, but can you start fleshing this out? 1) Site must be in php/mysql. No flash is needed. 2) Don't need a menu driven admin to add new items to sell. We can update these things by entering the info directly into the database. 3) The site should be simple and professional. No need for complicated things such as flash or video. 4) Mainly all we need is graphic design of the site and merchant gateway setup including merchant acct. If it's easier and works ok, just setup and configuration of prewritten shopping cart software would be fine. It would be a simple site. 3 pages (home, about, contact), and a products page which leads to the shopping cart. 5) We do not have a gateway, so the payment gateway and merchant account need to be setup together. 6) Less than 10 items will be sold. 7) No shipping integration is needed; a simple email notification when an order is sold is fine. 8) I need a concrete deadline. Afterwards for every week late due to bugs, errors or incomplete work there will be a 20% deduction in final payment. After the deadline is set, there will be no changes. 9) I will only accept 100% error free work as complete. Errors include misspelling, grammar, and bugs in the site. I have worked with designers online before and they did not error check the work. 10) Payment will be made 1 week after completion of work to find errors. 11) If the job is passed to someone else without my consent, or if there are too many errors, the work will not be accepted. If possible I would like to see the logo on for the site before we proceed so that I can show it to the client. If this project goes smoothly, I have two additional site to be designed.
