Flash DEVELOPER wanted part-time IN-HOUSE

Avg Bid (USD)
Project Budget (USD)
$5000 - $25000

Project Description:
I am looking for an **in house** Flash developer to work in our offices in Melbourne, Australia. **Exceptional off-site developers will also be considered**. This is a part-time role, probably 1-2 days a week. $24,000 pro rata (approx. $12/hour) **negotiable based on experience**. To clarify, pro rata means the equivalent salary if you were working full time - so if it ends up being a full-time position, you will earn $24,000pa. If it remains 1-2 days per week, it will be more like $9,000pa. These are **US Dollars**.
This would suit a multimedia or design student, or a graduate seeking part-time work. We are a young company but expanding quickly and looking to extend our services into the world of Flash.

**BIDDING** - Please place your bid PER ANNUM between $19,000 and $30,000.

It would be beneficial for off-shore bidders to be located in a similar timezone to us (GMT + 10).

## Deliverables

This person will be required to

**assist in the development of Flash-based websites**. I'm the Senior Designer, but my Flash skills are very limited. I would be working with you closely to develop gorgeous Flash sites. You will also be working with our junior developer (in house) to make the sites do what they need to do in terms of databases and back-end programming, so in that sense there is no coding involved.
You should be highly skilled and eager to contribute to an exciting media company. **Portfolios are required** - it doesn't necessarily need to be corporate work, just show me what you can do.

We are looking at building entire Flash sites and sites with Flash main pages - these are some examples of the sorts of sites we hope to achieve as a team:

* <http://www1.in-vogue.com.au/index_flash.asp>

* <http://www.sofitella.com/sofitel.htm>
* <http://www.northkingdom.com/splash.html>
* <http://www.aygo.se/>

You get the idea. Just nice, classy, mostly corporate sites. I would also like to discuss developing e-commerce sites in Flash using our existing framework, or investigating another means of doing so.

Please ensure that you include previous work, information about yourself and your availability.
