Flash Design Studio & eCommerce Website

Project Description:
I have a 13 page specifications document that details the web project I need to have built asap - but will only share that under Non-Disclosure agreement. The main feature of the site is an online flash design studio that is similar (but more advanced & sophisticated looking) than the ones found at www.customink.com, www.rideharder.com, and www.logomaker.com. My design studio, as opposed to the design studios in the above examples, needs to give users even more editing power over clip art, uploaded images, and inserted text. Again, my specs are all spelled out. I have also laid out each page of my site (i.e. done the design work for the look and feel).
The browsing & searching of the art library images needs to work similar to www.istockphoto.com (especially the way their thumbnail images pop-up a larger watermarked image when rolled over). Another difference is that, while the t-shirt design studio at customink.com has only two sides to the product being designed [t-shirt], my product has 5 sides to design, 3 of which must allow the customer to zoom in and pan left/right while zoomed in (and, my users must be able to continue to use all of the design features & art editing tools while zoomed in).

I also want the shopping cart to be done in flash similar to http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/example_apps.html# (click on the image for the Flex Store, Macromedia to see the flash shopping cart example).

The Apple.com website and the VW.com website are both good models for the look & feel of my site - I like how they both use whitespace, grey lines & text, flat buttons, images that reflect/mirror off the floor, etc.

Other than these flash modules, their will literally only be a few other pages (in HTML) (home page, user registration pages, back-end administration pages for me to be able to add art and do other site upkeep, etc).

I want the site built using Flash (for the primary module), and PHP and MySQL for the back-end. I need a team who can start right away & work quickly. Please only bid if you have visited all of the URLs listed in this description, and if you can demonstrate through your portfolio that you can do what I need done, and if you can dedicate a small team & work quickly.
