Flash Project - Urgent

Project Description:
We want a back-end where the admin can insert content from the backend where the fields will be related with coupons and redeeming them, there also will be mail functions involved
Please have a look at http://www.winningprizewheel.com/prize_coupon_wheel_barcodes.htm where there is a spinning wheel game (in flash) which basically is a coupon marketing system where the user is provided with coupons so as he/she can redeem them later.

We want a replica of that spinning wheel , the back-end of which will be user friendly and flexible whereas the front will be a flash front-end which will reflect changes performed from the back-end
For example, the admin can add any coupon from the back-end so that the user will play the spinning wheel game and the same added coupon will be sent to the user as per his score.

Please keep in mind that this spinning wheel game should be a replica of the given link where it should be changed completely so as to differentiate it from the link given above in terms of appearance
