Flash Video Buffering and Hang Up Problem

Project Description:
We need a Flash or video compression expert that can help us make our video presentations run smoother when delivered over the internet to users.

Here is the situation. We have a Flash based game that allows users to answer questions based on what the video animation asked or says to them. The problem is that once the response is selected, sometimes it takes a while for the next video clip to load up and start playing for the user. This is VERY frustrating and does not give us a robust solution to our e-Learning system.

Each video is stored as a .FLV file and presented as a clip. So you might have clip1.flv, clip2.flv, clip3.flv, clip4.flv, etc. Clips are only displayed based on the response selected by the user and do not play in a particular order. In other words, a user may be asked from clip1.flv, "How is the weather?" and the user would select "It is raining." That response may trigger clip16.flv to be played that would say, "Please do not get wet today." Anyway, I hope you get the idea.

So we need someone that provide us with a programming and/or web hosting solution that will solve this problem for us. Anyway responding to this bid request that we feel is qualified to help will be sent a temp user name and password to examine the system for themselves to see what we mean.

I look forward to your reply and hope that you can help.
