Full Flash Map with Flash Content Management System Examples are seen here: www.apartments.com.ua/eng/apartments/1040/ and www.amour-club.com/section/10/ The output will be assigned to individual apartment pages, which will be displayed as soon on the first map above for the user. Has to be done more like the first link, with a few layers, displaying apartments, banks, etc. Control panel or something similar has to be in place for addition / deletion of objects. This project will be done for the city of Kiev, Ukraine. The person will need to create the map most likely by drawing it by hand first and loading into the program. The system should not have a long load speed. It does not need to be in scale, simply the most user friendly output possible with navigational capabilities. Please provide us the cost and schedule of the project in detail and also provide us sample of this type of work you have done before. |

Note: I do not require the entire city of Kiev. We are dealing only with the center, so essentially the same size map as the first link where the concentration of apartments will be.
