Interactive Calendar

Project Description:
Hi,

We are looking to get an interactive calendar created for our website. The calendar should include:

- Monthly & daily views
- Monthly view will display list of events, when a user clicks on an event they get details in popup box, with actions available.
- Daily view similar to monthly. Will show small monthly calendar to side.
- Ability to add new events, clicking within the calendar.
- Allow a user to create an event and automatically appear on another user's calendar (sort of AJAX app)
- Look professional with ability for user to customize: add logo & change colours (different style sheets)
- Ability to sync with other calendars; to mobile phone, Google cals, outlook

The rest of our site is in PHP/MySQL so would like this to fit in, but we've been very impressed with FLEX, so open to users with experience there.
