Karaoke Social Networking Website

Project Description:
We are currently developing a social networking website using Joomla templates, PHP, and MySQL.
We want to add karaoke capabilities to website. The functions should be similar
to an existing website that we are looking at.

The requirements:

1) Build a player (Flash) with the usual buttons: Play, Pause, record, Volume Up, Volume Down, Microphone, Cam
and Echo reduction. Player will mainly play video karaokes.
2) Integrate with 123flashchat and PHPFox so that PHPFox users who are in a chat room can line up in
a queue and sing
3) Users can select available karaoke songs from the site or from their machines/other sources (Youtube..etc)
4) Users can optionally record their songs and upload to the site

Some example is "SingSnap". I want all the features of it to be integrated to my new site using PHPFox or any plat form applicable for the said project.
