This project is for a website design, a member control panel, and an administrator control panel. The site is a membership/information service, which will sell the service on the public site, provide the information to the members through a member login/control panel, and provide the administrators with full control and daily update ability. The vendor will design the concept, integrate the content the client provides, and create the member and administrative control panels. Full details of the project can be found in the attached document. I will escrow full amount once you are awarded the project, and I will pay immediately upon delivery of full, functioning system. Beta testing of the site will be accomplished on my server. Do NOT bid if you do not accept payment through GAF. Do NOT bid if you cannot complete this project in 14 days. Do NOT bid if you do NOT have excellent design and programming skills. Preference will be given to those with positive feedback and links to portfolio or samples of previous work. |
