Project Description:
The website is already online but we need to make few changes on those different part of the website (www.hdcphoto.com)

CONTACT FORM:

We would like to add 2 fields, Wedding Date and Wedding Place which will be fillable fields.
Obviously, the email sent by the form will contain that extra information.

WEDDINGS/SESSIONS GALLERY:

We would like to modify the current photo gallery as follow.
1. The pictures should occupy the full page. Once the customer clicks on a gallery the whole
screen should go grey like the current box and the picture should display in it.
2. The slideshow timer should start after each picture is shown instead of constantly running.
3. The slideshow controls should display with each gallery and not at the gallery selection page.
4. When another picture is loaded, the one before should remain on screen until the next one
is ready and then fade to it.

MUSIC:

Music should preload and when it starts the page opens.

CUSTOMER ACCESS:

-Customer Side:
At the moment the owner sells the product the customer has the option to choose from 3 or more
templates for his minipage where they can access using the "Customer Access" link on the front
page of the site and by entering their username and password.
Inside the minipage there could be a flash gallery of their pictures, a way for family and
friends to leave comments, and the video of their wedding youtube style with the option to
watch it in low or high quality (if they bought it that is).

-Owner side:
The customer access must have a backend where the owner can create or remove users, upload
pictures that will appear on the user gallery automatically, upload the video which also
appears in the user gallery. All of this with the possibility to define an expiration date
for each user where the server automatically sends an email to the customer a week ahead and
the eventual option to delete their subfolder on the server automatically after the expiration
if they did not renew the account. Also, after the user is created, the owner should be able to
click a button and the system should send a confirmation email to the customer that his account
has been created and the information to log on to it.
The information entered by the owner while creating a user and displayed on the main account
managing page is:
User Number (automatic), Name/Last Name, Email, Hotel, User Name/Passowrd, Template #,
Features (Photos/Video/Guestbook), Upload (based on chosen features), Upload of shop pictures,
Expiration Date.
After creating the account, the minipage in the customer side is auto created by some kind of
script using the available templates (can be bought on template monster or something like it)

ONLINE ORDERING:

At the moment we would like to implement some kind of online shop where the customers are able
to buy pictures from the page using PayPal or credit card. We still haven't defined how the
whole thing will work but for example, wedding customers can see a low res version of the pictures
with a watermark that they did not buy and have the option to buy them directly from their minipage.
This has to be automatic too for easy uploading tHrough the page.

Afterward we would like to do the same thing for other type of pictures but we still have to
define if it will be public or private like wedding minipages.
