We need a high quality Flash programmer to develop an online Flash Poker client for a play for fun site (this is not online gaming for real money!). There is existing client software to work with the existing server software, but a completely revamped client is needed. The existing clients (there are two) can be used as references. The new client should use Vector graphics, allow for a resizeable popup window, and needs to support customization and branding of the poker room, table, chairs, players, dealer, chips, and cards. As the existing client code can be reused or referenced, the project should be relatively straight-forward, but you must have experience with Flash game development, especially in writing performant animation code and dynamic, customizable graphics. As I am unsure of the scope, I only wish to have the bidding be based on an hourly rate, and I will be reviewing existing projects thoroughly. Once a bid is confirmed, the first phase will be to determine the workload and get an estimated price. If the time estimate is deemed excessive, then the project will be cancelled and rebid. We have built 2 of these clients already, and have a good idea of the time that will be required.

## Deliverables

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The platform is Flash version 9 running on Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. It must also support any browser that is capable of running Flash version 9. If Linux does not yet support Flash 9, then support for this platform can be deferred.
