I'm looking for a programmer to develop the following:
PHP/MySQL based app
Users can post hand histories from poker software such as 'full tilt poker' and 'poker stars'
The hand history will then be converted and stored in the database
The user will then be given a SE friendly URL which when visited will replay the hand in a flash based interface (the flash based display must be able to 'play 'pause' and 'replay' the entire hand) some examples of this are already online in various places
Users can post comment on hands
There are several similar sites such as pokerhandreplays.com
