We're a web design company working on a redesign for a local real estate company with over 100 agents and over 400 current listings. We will be completing all sections of the website with the exception of one which we need help with. This real estate company is in an area with around 50 different communities. Every community will vary in price, location, amenities, size, etc. We want to create an e-homefinder online form that will ask the web visitor general questions based on their lifestyle which the web visitor would rate from 1-5 (5 being the highest) on the importance to them. (Ex. price range, golf, boating, prefer a family community, prefer a retirement community, etc.) The ratings would default at 3. We're anticipating asking around 20 lifestyle questions. Once the form is submitted, the website e-homefinder program would then process their results and display the top 5 community results recommended for them (with a percentage to their relevance). Each community result would show a picture of the community, general information about it and a link for more information. This link would leave the e-homefinder web program to a pre-setup page designed by my company. We would need a password-protected backroom allowing us to tweak the lifestyle ratings for each community. This backroom should also let us add or delete communities and change the general information, picture of the community and the link to our pre-setup webpage. For instance, if I were a web visitor and I answered a couple questions on the form where I put 5 for golf and 1 for a retirement community, the e-homefinder web program would show me the top 5 communities that had the best golf and were not retirement communities. For detailed information, please contact us and we can answer your questions through the website or through the [login to view URL] chatroom.

## Platform
UNIX FreeBSD 4.7 Needs to run in all versions of IE, AOL Browsers and Firefox. The program would optimally be created and presented on the web as Flash but SQL or PHP could work as well if needed.
