Project Description:
We need to build a simple social network application that involves the use of flash to play FLV files. This bid is for a CONSULTATION only - I'd like to physically speak with you for an hour and give you a thorough description of the project and answer all of your questions. After our conversation, if you are interested in the project, I will ask you to submit a proposal. It is necessary that you have significant expertise in Linux/PHP/MySQL. You'll also need experience with flash. Finally, you must have specific experience in developing membership-oriented websites/social networks (specifically). The project we'll discuss is a "social network" of sorts, but with a relatively limited feature set. This is a serious project that will require immediate development. I'm willing to pay you for this interview/consultation in order to ensure that you are a good fit for the project. So please bid on providing a ONE-HOUR CONSULTATION with me via skype or telephone. You MUST have very strong written and verbal English skills.
