Texas Holdem Poker FLash App - Read Project, dont just bid

Dont just post a bid without reading this. It is very specific and I will not consider anyone that does not adhere to my post 1) I am looking for a flash multi player poker application. It must support about 50-100 concurrent players. 2) This is a free play site, so no real money involved. 3) Hosting/Server must be included as I am looking for a turnkey solution. 4) I will not pay anything up front, or anything upon completion. I will pay a maximum of $1000 per month license/lease fee. So when you bid, please bid what monthly fee you want. 5) I am only looking for someone that has created a flash texas holdem application. I will need you to provide a website that I can view the application. Then what I will do is walk through your application and tell you what changes are needed. From most standard poker applications, I would imagine about 3-4 modifications. These modifications will be included in the bid price. Meaning I will not pay for your development of the custom features (table design, lobby design, etc). So to recap, I need someone that already has a texash holdem flash application that can modify it. I will pay a monthly license or lease fee, you will handle hosting as well and it must be able to maintain about 50-100 concurrent players. If you dont post a current app hat I can view, I wont even consider you.
