Unity 3D Game development (urgent)

Need a driving game created using Unity 3D for iOS. Specifics of the game requirements can only be provided after signed contract. Basic information....it will need to be a driving game (not racing) which will be in an urban environment such as [login to view URL] The game will be about gaining points by following rules of road such as: -indicating properly (not changing lanes without indicating) - braking gently -not missing traffic light -not crashing -arriving on time at destination -etc It will need to be 3D game. 10 levels. each level has reduced time, as is in a more complex part of the city mentioned above. Any meshes will either have to be sourced from free 3D sources such as [login to view URL] or designed by yourself.
