I am looking for someone to create a clone of Stickam - which is a webcam video chat social network. You should be prepared to create all of the same features with the same user interface. All of the features should be there. Initially, you will make the website look/act/feel exactly like Stickam. The most important part of this website is the webcam VIDEO CHAT. This website is a video chat social network. You must be very familiar with video chat. This website should NOT DEPEND on any software or service that I will need to pay a monthly fee (except for my server) - For example, I am NOT interested in any outsource video chat services or video servers that will require me to pay a monthly fee. My only monthly fee should be to my server. You will need to provide/create everything that is necessary to get this website running. The website should have a backend admin page that will allow me to do all of the same things that the other commercially available social networks allow, and also allow me to change the bitrate of the video/audio transfer, so that if I need to accomodate more users, I can decrease bandwidth. I attempted to create a similar website using buddyzone script with BoonEx's Ray software (video chat)...but it wasn't what I wanted. I encourage the use of previously existing scripts in order to make your work easier...but you should be prepared to make the site LOOK EXACTLY like STICKAM. Remaining funds will be put in escrow when video chat is complete. Additional $600 will be paid to you modify website to make it unique and beautiful to my description after you have completed this task. The additional modifications will include an instant message feature, as well as putting 6-8 video windows of live chatters on the front page. You will need to show me your progress every day. We will chat daily to get this website correct. Timing is very important. You must be able to complete the task within your stated time period. No exceptions.
