Need some work done? Post a Project Today
Need a website to look similar to www.socalmls.com and http://realtylinkoc.com/
Would also like some sort of flash intro for the main www site wesbite or maybe flash banner. I have pictures for this.
All data for search and mapping comes from a subscription serivce. They provide customized links for this.
Need the "skin" of site to be like reference sites above with minor modifications.
Want logo and website to work together as far as design and color scheme. I have logo already.
This is an ecofriendly website with a "green" marketing message. The design of layout and color/graphics will have to reflect this.
Also, need SEO, have information regarding this part.
The site is just for me as there will be no agents page and thus no need for database. All database information is handled by RDesk.
The sections I will need for sure, will be the home, property search, featured properties, research tools, local links.
The research tools will be basically the same for the research tools.
The property search and featured properties will be generated from a link. Here are some instructions to find a sample link and evaluate:
Click on marketing and then click on IDX, once you click on IDX go to rDesk IDX. Use any of the 4 links available. Also, featured properties will be created similar to this.
Local links will be a page I will provide description with links.
All content and user information is handled by rdesk.
These are my personal links, will provide username/password after acceptance of bid. The demo site login is identical. These are the real links.
