webcam recording discussion webapp (based in flash and php)

Project Description:
Basically, it is a simple web based app where users log in to a website, launch their webcam discuss some points of view while the flash app records the webcam for 5 mins and saves that video to our linux server for later viewing. how it should work: it should have a mainpage where a normal user logs in or creates an account (in php) (they must then confirm the account with a valid email address) then once logged in via the confirmation url link they will take a webcam video discussion test next select the options (for the type of test) from the drop down box and enter an invitation code generated by the site which was created by a power user that wants to invite many people to do a video discussion. it needs to support signing up as a admin power user , then that user logs in and it generates a 6 char sequence and emails it to to the average user to take a video discussion recorded test then takes you to a new page with the below flash app on it, enter the code into the flash app (flash app using this opensource http://sourceforge.net/projects/red5chat/ and your additional code) it takes your code and tells u to launch your webcam and answer the following 6 questions which you display. the questions are pulled from the mysql db based on the profile id. once they click start it records their info via their webcam and saves it to a file on our server under their profile) when done it emails the plain user a link to view the video and also sends it in email and on the site to the power user person requested that the plain user sign up or that power user that gave them the invitation code. no need to worry about the graphics, I will provide them.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.


2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
